Mastodon Dentist – Issue 13
Catharsis

I rip from you
myself

sympathetic gaze
ashes you stole
while we slept

shell buttons
do not align

with the hem
I am swollen with your sea

guided by fabric
of sands
mixed with song

I rip from me
myself

for you
in lament.
