Birds of Paradise
Take flight
in song
and glitter
of the angels,
move, dance
deafly when
lights roll
over, inhale
the crystal
rhythm they
spin and mix
above with
magnificence,
through bright hues
see the ecstasy
of jungle beats,
a sanctuary
camouflaged from
straight short sight.
